Lack of communication, very frustrating
Had a package that was delivered today, with slight delay. First time round the driver barely stayed a minute outside my complex before leaving, even though I managed to hear the bakkie outside and was on my way. I then received an email stating that they attempted to phone me but was directed to voicemail, so they would be delivering later today. I found that strange as I had no missed calls in my records (even in possible spam) and I had given instructions that should there be an issue contacting me, that the package could be placed in my post box. The second time round, same thing, I hear the bakkie outside, rush out to meet them, and they're already gone in seconds. Thankfully they did but my package in the post box this time, but again, no phone call. I was very disappointed and frustrated with the lack of communication from the driver, and the only response I got from the website was that my delivery request had been updated, not very helpful at all. I've used The Courier Guy many times before in the past so I wasn't expecting this kind of service, they've always called me before to let me know when they have arrived outside and for them to not communicate with me twice has been a bit of a let down. Don't know how I feel about this service anymore.

Job well done to Peter's
Movers were great! They worked quickly and efficiently throughout the move. Furniture was carried with care and there were no damages. My grandma was very pleased with the arrangement, fantastic job 👍
