Takealot is out to get me. Again a problem with my order this time something broken this item was packaged correctly but the nozil sprayer was broken. Did not even bother to do a return. Last year this business did not even respond to my complaint and it was serious Bought a bottle of henny 2 insecticides of which one was broken
I ordered two items from Takealot for next day delivery, I placed the order around 12ish the 23rd December I sent a mail that same night explaining my situation I’m leaving for holiday and I need my order 2 o clock latest the next day. Calling Takealot online team next day, Mohammad you the man my man even though your hands are tied. My order was the only order in my surroundings, the mail was sent to the branch of the drivers to tell the driver to contact me to deliver my order first I mean this driver had numerous deliveries in Wallacedene I was the only delivery in my area so either the driver thought f me it the branch did not contact him, Mohammad once again you the man, what is the use of the online team if they don’t have direct contact with the driver nothing will change cause I could hear I was not the first who had this experience, Takealot will probably change nothing, Amazon will be my new preferred online store, I will probably get an apology if that, I bought beer for the person I promised beer, but this was a horrible experience, I know what the problem is and the seniors by the Naspers group also know Uber supeirior than Mr d(Naspers) PayPal superior to pay u(Naspers) Carmax superior to autotraders Customer service out of the window at Nasper group all they care about is money
When I bought a memory foam mattress topper it was already marked down with Takealot more which I’m a subscriber or was I cancelled it this it marked down and I bought this cash with a new bed the mattress has a difference of a thousand now in many cases, the retailer will refund the difference between what you paid and the sale price as long as your purchase was within a specified time—often 14 days. If they can’t or won’t refund to the original form of payment, you may be issued a store credit. This can be perfectly acceptable when it’s a retailer you shop frequently. Contacted Takealot and Apiwe.S assisted me but what pathetic customer service I Starter did it for me already cause the consultant and manager assuring me understood it’s not fair
Good day My wife and myself planned a trip to tyger valley on Saturday as Levi’s tygervalley was the only store that had stock we never go to tygervalley my wife asked me the Friday are we going to eat something as well and I immediately thought of anat. Saturday evening it took my wife convincing to try anat she first wanted what she knows and like kfc we walked past steers and she then said let’s have steers I convinced her let’s try anat she reluctantly agreed or was obligated cause she saw how I excited I was. What I can say is what an utter disappointment I grew up eating Middle Eastern swarmas and that swarma on Saturday was horrible I’d rather not elaborate. My stomach was upset and my wife brought hers back up. What a waste of a 300 you know what my wife said I could have bought lamb and I would have made it better. I’m a connoisseur of spicy food and I’ll never try anat again. Lamb was not melting in my mouth one should not chew and chew a lamb in a swarmas. Toppings had no flavour when one spends 300 at a takeaways for only 2 meals one should feel money worth. We lived on Middle Eastern food Eastern bizarre Festival of Christmas lights and that swarma of yours did not make me feel nostalgic. Very poor also one phones the store no pick up. Mailed the the franchisee customer service no response
I bought a bestway pool from takealot last year December had it up for three months took it down put the pool again up 2 weeks ago the pool teared no one was at home my neighbour conracted me to inform me i contacted bestway they tell me out of warranty they will ask supplier repair costs. I sent pictures to prove that is a manufacturing not my fault they still have responded the pool teared because of the manufacturer. It's that time of the year that people buy pools so save up again for next year bestway is breakaway
A month and half ago I entered a competition with smile, I was one of the lucky few they called and I won a 5000 tiletoria voucher, my nunber was taken and I was told I would be contacted soon its been a month and a half now no contact. I've sent emails to smile fm no response all I wanted to find our the timeframe they are part of the media but no communication whatsoever. This is the station Ryan o Connor left KFM. Bought a Volvo s40 2005 at we buy cars in November 2021,December 2021 car broke down petrol pump had it replaced, sold us a car with not all problems communicated to us, took the car to a reliable mechanic to fix problems to have it roadworthy, the cost of fixing this car to have it roadworthy was just not worth it,so I could not roadworthy this car they sold us a car with mechanical problems when wanting to sell it back to them Jaco Gunter contacted us and told us they cant buy a car with mechanical problems but they sell you **** with mechanical problems great customer service
