MAFADI DO SOMETHING
There is this old building in Durban CBD called Salmon grove chambers where GEPF is located on the 12th floor, that building forever has problems. We are always battling with the issues of the Lift, worse elderly people go there almost every day to visit GEPF for their pension. Some other days people get stuck on the lift, we got stuck with elderly people. They haven’t changed their lifts for years, and they hardly service them. The building has 12 Floors and only 1 lift works out of 4 bear in mind it’s very busy everyday because of the new 2 pot system. They don’t care to fix the lifts. Some people have to take the stairs all the way to the 12th and back down I’m talking about people almost the age of 70/80 years. What kind of cruelty is this? Worse the tenants go through this everyday. The pregnant ladies can’t even make it to go up the stairs, some are even scared to take the lift because they get overcrowded and sometimes get stuck. This is cruelty.

Disgusting service
Our car got ****** in the early hours of the morning I missed a payment for 1 month In that case I was told I need to pay R25000 inorder for them to trace our vehicle…they said I can pay R10000 upfront as they can see where the vehicle is located they will then fetch the car and take it to the police station where I need to pay the reminder of R15000. At that moment I don’t have R10000. I spoke to an agent and they reassure us that they can still see the vehicle and they know the exact location, once I make the payment they will then fetch the vehicle, again they reassured me more than twice, I made a loan of R10000 and made an immediate payment to car track After that they sent me a form to fill out and requested for my car details to prove that it’s my vehicle, at that moment they still kept on reassuring me that they can see the vehicle, once I make my payment they will then send the ground team to fetch it. After making the payment, car track went silent all I was told was, they will update me about everything that’s happening. Again, I was the one that kept on calling because an hour would go by without them being in contact with me. After calling a few times they then said they are at the location and still “LOOKING” for the vehicle. I was confused right there and there because they said they can see it during our telephonic conversation. After a few hours of going back and forth, I received a message stating that they couldn’t find my vehicle however they will be on the lookout. I’m guessing after making the R10000 payment, the tracker on the vehicle got disconnected( LOL), I called after I received that message and I was told the vehicle has been disconnected, how is that a coincidence? I then proceeded to request for telephone conversation I had with the agent that kept on reassuring me that after the payment “the vehicle will be recovered” in his words and that the grounds team are on the matter as we spoke, they denied providing me the telephone conversation and stated that I needed to go to their brunch so that I can listen to them. I need those recordings for my insurance as well. Car track is faulty at that, whenever you use the app it glitches and does not give the location of your vehicle. I should’ve ended any business with car track they moment I discovered that they are not reliable and that one day I’ll face serious issues with them. Well here I am today with a loan that’s outstanding of R10000 and no vehicle or any update nor traces I’m disgusted and would advise people to change their car tracker to a better company cause one day you will find yourself stressed over your ****** vehicle and car track not doing their job

Dr Nandlal is Negligent
I started my Antenatal care with Dr. nandlal at 13 weeks, took all bloods test as per procedure when you start Antenatal care. The doctor advised me that he’s the one that calls the patient and speaks to you about your results. I called in after a week of my first appointment to check if everything was okay since doctor has not called to speak to me about my results. One of his staff advised me that if there was something “wrong” or “concerning” he would’ve called to notify my by now, I should not worry everything is fine. A month later I was scheduled for an appointment to see him. I was 19 weeks, my medical aid caters for two 2D scans between 10-20 weeks and 20-24 weeks. The doctor went ahead and claimed for 20 weeks whereas I was not 20 weeks yet. My medical aid rejected the claim and so they decided to notify me that I have an outstanding payment with the doctor. I then had to dispute that payment because it was not my fault that the doctor had gone to claim something that’s not it. Fast forward the matter was sorted. I then went for my third appointment, doctor rushes you throughout your consultation because he has other “procedures” to attend to after waiting a whole month to see him, doesn’t discuss much with you and shows no care for patients concerns. At my 4th appointment during my third trimester the doctor then “decides” to read out my results of which they came back during my second trimester and informed me that I had an infection of which I need to take care off immediately, mind you I’m 30 weeks into my pregnancy and the results came back at 13 weeks. He put my child at risk and sees nothing wrong about it. Instead of taking accountability, he requested for 1 of the staff members to call me and blame them. How is that possible because he’s the one that’s supposed to read out the results to me. I’m broken and sad, I am scared that if my child is born with this infection I’ll forever blame my self for not leaving this *********** doctor the minute I saw that he had no time for his patients. I have to call in to speak to them, nobody has called to speak about the matter, they have the audacity to tell me it was a “Misprint” after 4 months of consulting and you couldn’t pick up the “Misprint”. All this doctor does during the consultation is upsell his other scans which are not beneficial for the patient but for his pockets rather. It’s disgusting that we can’t rely on private doctors to do their jobs properly anymore. His made my first pregnancy a nightmare of which I will never forget. I’m having troubles sleeping thinking about how this might effect my child in the long-run because of Dr. Nandlal negligence .

Uncooked pizza
I visited Lupa suncoast for the first time yesterday 04/05/2023 and ordered a magherita pizza as I usually do when I visit Lupa Umhlanga Firstly the service was bad I kept reminding my waiter of what I needed….my pizza arrived and I had only one slice it was raw and not fully cooked…the base was very chewy …so I packed it and went home…I am currently have the 2nd slice at work and it’s not tasting great
