Bad service
Submitted my claim reference number: 53063 for policy number 1350572 and have received no communication except an email acknowledging my claim. It’s been 14 days and no word from Bryte! Very disappointed in the service and incompetence of the company.

Please save your money or take it elsewhere. They are a bunch of ****** who have no regard for customer service. Forget the **** they post on social media. Dealing with them is a nightmare. They will do a shabby job, treat you with disdain and you will regret the day you contacted them. Zero accountability and zero customer service from the unprofessional Katlego to Gerald and Terrence (managers). Both Gerald and Terrence won’t help you when you complain. In fact, you’re better off getting guys from the street for installation. Please don’t buy the picture they portray on Instagram and Facebook. Dealing with them is the opposite. Save your money, energy, and time and go elsewhere. Please. I could write a book about my two days of horror dealing with these guys! They even sent a bogus cop to call me and threaten me and when he realised that I am experienced in the security cluster, he apologised. Oh man, these guys are a nightmare! They are mafias. Stay away from them! Stay away! Stay away. I could write a book about them.

Don’t insure with them!!!!
I cancelled my policy with them and they have been debiting my account despite numerous calls and messages! Bad customer service!!!!!
