The lady. Can't remember her name, was very helpful and knowledgeable...I understood exactly how to download the app and she explained how to operate the app

The worst company ever. I paid my Game account a few days late, instead of on the 1st of the month I paid the 5th. I received a 1000 calls after I made the late payment making sure I cover whatever interest might be added, only to be given a whatsapp number where I can send the proof of payment. 10 Days after I sent the proof of payment I have been receiving numerous calls requesting the payment I already made. They don't make notes on the system, the one hande cleary does not know what the other hand is doing, frustrating the living daylights out of the clients. Worst, worst ever
