I went with a sick patient to the hospital and could not get help .instead we were asked if the hospital is a clinic.. the patient has some serious issues that she has been attending doctors but couldn't be sorted .. so we were very disappointed cz we trusted hospital.. they chased us out .. Lady that was helping with the files and doctor were shouting at us.
Poor service offered a Guy goes by a name of Mthethwa surname ..mistreat customers ..even customer care service is scared of him.. once u buy there's no refund ..u need to put your gloves on n be ready for a battle in order to get refund or exchange.
Service is good .. I can't complain.. however I wanted the offer with the panick button ..but yeah I'm happy
I bought a cable and a charger on Saturday and when I was using it , I sent my fiance to take it back on Sunday they refused to change it because told him to come back with a phone he was trying to charge .When we came together we gave him cellphone to prove that it not working , He still refused again and said its working on his celphone and I got angry we exhchange words .I gave him another charger that i bought at another shop to prove to him that Cable we purchased to him is not faulty but the charger is faulty he still denied .I tried customer care service firstly he refused to speak to the lady saying he is busy .i had to wait for him till he finish whatever that he was busy with . He spoke to the lady and still refused claiming that the charger is qorking on his phone so he is not going to change it .We waited hoping he will change his mind instead he said we cant compare two chargers the one i broght ro him amd the one boughtat PEP because their charger is not of a good quality . I n process of our argument I advice him to call his superiors and ask for an advice and to allow us to use a landline he refused i eneded up using my airtime of which it costed me lots of my airtime cause our conversation with customer care service lasted for about 30 to 45 minutes .its very sad even now i dont have a charger i have to borrow it somewhere in other to charge my phone .my name is Halala ..contact number 0764436685..email adress is fuyohnyambose@gmail.com...
