I Laybyed a couch and that was supposed to be paid out on Black Friday. Went in to see the salesperson on the Wednesday before Black Friday and I was told that I would get it delivered by the Sunday. On Black Friday I went in to pay what was remaining and was told someone in the store had removed my delivery plans because I has not paid in full. I was then referred to a private delivery guy. The guy was also late in delivery. We got our couch but the couch was not the right color we had asked for. We were told that if we wanted the original couch we would have to wait longer. We decided to keep that wrong colour. We then realized that the couch pieces were wrong. We reported it and it took over a were to get the exchange because their drivers were not available for out time. Today we got the missing pieces of the couch and we were given couches taken from the store floor without us being informed. When we got to the store we were told the owner is the one that authorised that we get the old couch. The disrespect we got from this store is too much.
Driver charged me an extra R300 cash but the company now says they cant do anything about that.
I went to the Gezina Galleries branch like I always do. They had me wipe my own car and then had a carpet misplaced. I reported the issue and it has been two weeks with no conclusion. I got a call and they promised to get back to me. Since ke eme.
