Great service. The call alert was quick and effective and good communication.
Michael Moleko was very quick to respond and made sure all was in order as soon as I started my car. I like that and appreciated that a lot.
13/03/2024- my first and last time I’ll ever book here. Service has been bad from check-in to check-out. No twin plugs in the room, Dstv decoder not connected and the WiFi in the room is the worst. 14/03/2024 - woke up and asked for an iron and the reception lady treated me bad. Told me someone will come assist me in 10mins and the person told to assist me just came to tell me she can’t give me an iron, I asked why and no specific answer. Went back to reception to address this and receptionist didn’t even give me a chance to talk. Now she tells me to be assisted with an iron I have to pay R5 for each item I want to iron which I dont know if those were the rules or her rules. Overall, I was really treated poorly. The breakfast is not even worth the price.
The service of the technicians was great when they came to set-up, very friendly and kind. It’s been a week and the network service has been absolutely great even on the past few days when it rained. I’m happy.
