I ordered a laptop on the 29 January. It was delivered on the 3rd of Feb and I logged a return on the same day as it was not a new laptop and the battery life was compromised. I’ve called makro customer service numerous times and the agents assure me I will receive a message soon as to when the item will be collected and my refund processed . I’m still waiting for the item to be collected . I’ve also emailed makro support several times only to receive automated responses . Very disappointed with the service I’ve received from makro and it is apparent that I’m not the only victim of Makro’s ************ actions.
This company is not to be trusted . Do not use their services . Curative Movers / holdings the biggest ******* and **** artist around . My sons good were supposed to have nbeen delivered 2 weeks ago and everyday they give a different reason why it has not been delivered. Now he is demanding and extra R6000 extra and wants payment before his truck has arrived . This company needs to be put out of business .
