My family and I stayed at a villa in Zimbali. The booking process went well. However during our stay the shower door shattered whilst my husband was in the shower. He was injured quite badly. We noticed that the hinge was corroded, hence it could have caused the door to fall off and shatter. Zimbali security was very efficient and attended to him. The door was not replaced during our week stay, and we overlooked this. We did not even take this matter up, which we could stating it was an accident. After checking out I requested for a refund and to date got no joy. It's over 2 months and I got no joy. I had to pay an additional 550 for a quick and smooth refund into my bank. I have been quering with Zimbali bookings, they have taken my booking number, then cut off my call and seem to decline further calls from me. They also refuse to respond to emails. I have stayed at many accomodations and never experienced this. i am beyond disappointed
