Refund for deposit
My colleagues and I paid our deposit for our trip to The Travel Plug for the Malelane trip on the 18th of March 2023. On the 29th of March 2023, a week later , I received no form of communication about the company's closure but rather a statement on their Facebook page. I have been trying to reach them on the socials, emails and contact numbers with no reply. It's been weeks now with no form of communication or update about my refund. I am extremely disappointed with the service received from this company and they claim to provide honest and quality service.
