The worst I've dealt with. I used the app to logde my claim I recieved a message from Beverly that she's been assigned as my assessor now all this happened on the 2nd of January 2024. On the 6th I realise that I still have not received any communication from anyone from 1st from women I decide to call and do a follow up I was told she'll get back to me as she's busy. On the 8th I decide to call again o spoke to a different agent now who was very helpful and told me which documents I need to submit I did all of that and submitted on the 9th. Remember Beverly? Yes still hasn't contacted me, I'm writing this on the 12th of January 2024 and Beverly still has not contacted me. I use my own resources and time to call them and find out what's the progress on my claim I never receive any communication from them whatsoever till today
Experienced bullying by the driver and passengers, was told to not talk on my phone because I'm disturbing them the white lady passenger told me to shut up and my language is irritating them.
