I cancelled my home router on the 05/01/2026 and device returned but when it comes to refunding my money I’m taken pillar to post. I don’t understand if I’m the one working for MTN that I need to look for the warehouse and assist for confirmation of receipt. I want my money I brought back what belongs to MTN

Mapaseka Montsho sub-contractor with fidelity takes clients money and never returns it. She borrows money from clients and doesn’t pay.
