What a mess up - you can call till you are blue in the face no one answers - when the man did he would have called me back as the charged me for large bowls and i received small - half of my order wasn’t even packed mailing - WhatsApp - seems a waste of time - no one answers - seriously customer service is non-existent - we should only pay after order is received otherwise they just don’t care about the customers
February Issue – When you phone Sortan and TRISH answers be sure that’s manners doesn’t apply to her – as I asked her she can great back she state “ I’ll make you feel empowered “ – I don’t believe that manners or greetings has is empowerment its more describing the person you are and the way you were raised - but as I promised her ill empower her that’s is way I am reviewing the store….When I asked her name, she laid about her name …… This is why I want to order from Sortan again as one lady that has no manners – laid and thinks a joke. i could have been more rude and brutal, But self respect cant be bought. Still waiting on feedback from store… January Issue -Sortan Online Services, If you dont Whatsapp or call you dont get any updates, delivery dates or progress on the order - thre is no communication unless you as custmer start a converstation. Sortan Poducts - top notch - high quility 5 stars for that!
Jonsson Workwear Roodepoort I was a bystander - when the employee closed the store with 4 customers still inside shopping till 2:15 this man came along 2 min after and she/ he wouldn’t let him in the shop - I mean she / he is helping other customers the shop wasn’t empty - is this how customer service goes - what a ****ty employee and store – P.S. the gent at the door did gave her / him the bird after words - but I can understand that was despicable behaviour from her / him and customer service stop when the its clock out time.
If i could give minus stars I will - at the store they had 2 frames the only to frames of that sort in the store at the 70% off corner so i took it as we walked i notice one is broken and the ou that worked there on Sunday took it and came back and wanted to make a deal telling me he will give me 30% off the broken one and the frame at full price - that is his deal - I mean really I told him it was at the clearance for 70% off and he gave me a story it wasn’t but online it’s on the clearance sale - what a skelem little **** how many customers falls for this - its skelem – *****ing
As customers we pay full amount and we expect the service - i mailed admin asked about my order was told ill be updated later and that was 6 days ago and i did end a mail again asking to cancel this order - in the future payments must be of such sort it will only go through once tracking nr or parcel has been received maybe then people will do what their web site say - its ridiculous. FUNNY THING IS YOU ONLY READ THE POSITIVE FEED BACK ON THE SITE AND NOT THE BAD.
People that does delivery meat should make an extra effort to assist the customers, and when it says business complex try using smarts and find out open and closing hours or phone the client other businesses does that excellent customer service and you get updates as your order going out etc, from them mot at all you have to phone a few times emails doesn’t work either no one gets back to you and online contact form a bust - some should never do deliveries if there is no point in customer satisfaction and service.
I placed my order on the 11th September TILL TO DATE NO updates from them if you want to get an update you must conntact them and if call the one number they do offer to assist and he promises to get back to you and never calls back and hardly anderstands you, have to phone again and again to get assistance after phoning him as he doesnt call back - mailing doesn't really help as it takes a few hours to get a replay and whatsapp well same - so you can talk about service to the clients that does pay online - just coz its online doesnt mean there should be no service or the service you to get its not provided.
Megan McCarthy is a BS ! portal information and the het information 2 different kinds twist and turns lies and bs is all they do if they dont loose or damge packages the will talk bs - worse delivery company ever OR Pudo side of it - what a shame wont recommend the use of them
Megan McCarthy - support team my ass the portal updates are different d=from the lies they tell you and seems that the drivers do lie as well since the will say no accssess to complex but as a security complex the security handles all after hour pagages - strange how nop one can take responsibilty foir thier action on non thier off - i used to like courier guy but people doe intend to destroy the company name
If you want to provide a service don't just get the job from a almost new client and the think you have it in the bag this will be the first and last time - on Tuesday 25/06/24 i was told ill get my jackets Friday came nothing this morning came i ask - 2 hours later still no answer i txt again - if this is the start we off to there is no way ill recommend the shop and or buy from them again.... Winter is over in less then 2 month - the people might be lucky to wear them at least for a day or 2 - the way this is going
