Good service
The service that was provided to me was clear and good. The car had an issue with the oil filter hosing and water pipe, it was fixed around August and i never had any issues with those things ,the car is still functioning perfectly.

Worst car insurance, claim related.
They really do not care about your incidents and they not even ashamed to show it. Whatever positive reviews might be here its because they try by all means to be nice at the beginning while selling the insurance and kind of force your to make a review thereby attracting people. I never even skipped a single debit but now that I had an pothole incident which affected the bumber of my BMW ,the oil filter and water leakages. I took the car to BMW and BM mobile for diagnosis and got 2 different quotations for fixing oil filter and replacing water pipe and emailed them to Miway but they still forced on only fixing the bumber, I talked with them about a month and finally just settled for the bumper only and fixed the oil filter housing and water pipe with my own money. when I request the claim money for that bumper its not even enough to fix it and still agreed regardless but now they cannot process that claim they( Prudence Komape and Molebogeng Ledwaba) telling me that the advisor will call and sometimes the assessor will call but no one calls. Phineas Kepekepe who happens to be a claims teams manager has been ignoring my calls and emails ever since of which I reported and still nothing. Now I disputed my latest debit and different people from Miway Blink started to call about why not paying but they cannot call about assisting with the claim. Whatever those 5 star reviews are there now they will soon change when its time to claim. If they cannot assist in fixing minor things like bumper and oil filter how will they help when its a major accident or the car is ******????? This is the worst car insurance indeed.
