Faulty product and poor customer service
I recently bought a bicycle on the 1st of May and used it for a week and a half but now the bicycle chain mechanism is faulty and wanted to return the bicycle and get a full refund due to the fact I was sold a product that was not of great quality but the mananger and the gentleman working at Trojan are running the business like its their own and I was refused a full refund and was bluntly told I will not recieved a refund but they will be booking the 2 week old bike in for repairs and they will not be putting in original parts on the bike but something similar but I refuse to accept that so I've escalated the matter with NCC(National Consumers council) even though I've contacted their customer care which was basically me hitting the wall because they have not assisted me with nothing and I'm the one who is doing the follow up, in short don't waste your money at Game cresta shopping center as they will give you the run around and you will have to go the extra mile to get something done, I really regret doing business with them.

Poor customer service and faulty products
I recieved bad service from the Trojan gentleman working at game Cresta shopping center as he promised me a refund in a voucher form after inspecting my fault bicycle then the store manager decided they won't give me a refund but book the bicycle in for repairs and I promised me that the bicycle will be fixed by Wednesday but yesterday afternoon I recieved a call from a different manager at the store to inform me that the gentleman can only fix the bicycle today because yesterday he needed to attend a funeral which is a story I don't believe so in short don't buy products there as they will give you more problems that you have the people there including the manager are not properly trained to deal with a customer and basically from what I've experienced do no want to work or go the extra mile for a customer, in short don't buy product from Game cresta shopping center as they are not tested when purchased but when you return the product they need to be examined like you broke the product on purpose.
