New Online Banking is the worst I have ever experienced, non stop issues, most of the time not working, NOT user friendly, very slow, the online banking platform doesn't work ! Have to pay contractors, employees, suppliers etc.... but cant do any of that. Question to Standard Bank, is it unexperienced fresh out of school young people which is still learning on the fly to develop your platform ? That is how it seems.
Cannot get hold of this company for support, even tried the sales option but nothing. How does a problem get resolved if you cant inform your service provider.... How do you even cancel the service they are suppose to provide, which you pay for every month.
Keep on calling, asked them to remove my number numerous times but they keep on calling.
