Worst Experience Ever
Hi I would like to let this branch know that I have never in my life ever experience such poor service My appointment was booked for 9am , I arrived at 8:45am I was told that Amanda was running late She took me into the room at 9:25 Mid way through my treatment she informs me that there is no tint in stock Like really ? Why take bookings if you do not have stock Amanda says she was on leave . She then offers to go to clicks to buy some sort of tint and comes back with nothing She then tells me she will be doing a henna tint instead . The level of unprofessionalism is astonishing . Please do better I told them that I booked my appointment for 9am as I had somewhere to be at 10am Amanda was only done by past 10am I am extremely disappointed with the service from this branch .

The best travel agency in the game hands down 🙌
I first discovered Avoca travels in 2023, and booked my first trip with them and ever since I’ve went on so many trips organised by them .Avoca travel has taken me to Turkey, Qatar , Bali , Hong Kong and Dubai. I just came back from a trip to Turkey and Dubai and it was exceptional , it was my second time going to Turkey as I booked a trip with Avoca travel to Turkey previously and loved it so much I had to go back. The hotels were all in the heart of the city and close to the train stations which saved us so much money as we did not need to use taxis . The service is always amazing and I know that if I need advice or have any questions about my trip , Noor and her team is just a phone call or email away . Noor really goes out her way to put together packages exactly the way I like them to be , she knows her clients and my travel style so what she suggest is always inline with my travel style . I’m so glad I found this amazing travel agency . They sorted out our visas for us hassle free. I will never stop recommending them to people . And I can’t wait to book my next trip will Avoca travel because I know they are the best in the game .

A Travel agency that goes above and beyond for their clients
I have travelled to so many places and used many different travel agencies, I am so glad I stumbled across Avoca Travels , I have been using Avoca travels for all my travels since and I can honestly say this is the best travel agency ever , Noor is so helpful , she guides you every step of the way , she answers my hundred and one questions with pleasure and is always available if you need her . I recently went to Bali and Hong Kong and the trip was stress free and everything went according to plan thanks to the perfect planing of Noor and her team . I advice everyone to use Avoca Travels I promise you , you will not be disappointed

One of the best travel agencies I have used
I recently booked a trip with Avoca travels to turkey and I was highly impressed , every single part of my trip with smooth and without any hiccups . Noor helped me and she was amazing , she was with me every step of the way and made sure to answer all my questions . The entire team is amazing and I would definitely recommend them. I have already told family and friends to definitely use Avoca travels for their future trips . As I am now their number one fan and will definitely continue to be using Avoca travels on my future trips , I actually already have another one booked with them . Keep up the great work
