<div>I reached out to The Whiteboard Shop requesting a quotation for 10 projectors that met specific technical requirements — a straightforward business enquiry. What followed was completely unexpected. The first response I received was dismissive, stating only that “we do not sell any projector with that specification.” When I pointed out that one of their own listed models appeared to meet those requirements, the exchange quickly turned unprofessional. I was later called a “retard” by a company representative and threatened with legal action after leaving a factual review describing my experience. To make matters worse, I was copied into an email thread with a complete stranger who had no connection to me, apparently because our companies share a similar name — an unacceptable breach of professional boundaries. A company that truly values its clients and reputation would handle such matters with courtesy, diplomacy, and accountability, not insults or threats. I am sharing this experience so that other customers and businesses can make an informed decision before engaging with this supplier. My comments are factual and based on written correspondence, which I have retained for reference.</div>
Devro-Kem Pharmacy Gonubie 💯 unlike Clicks Kings Mall. They are all professional and the service is super quick all done with a smile. Thank you Grant and team, keep up the good work. I highly recommend this pharmacy.
Hifi Corp East London have the worst customer care service/After sale service ever. I bought a 4door hisense fridge from them in 2020. About 3 months ago my unit started malfunctioning, defrosting everything in the freezer. I contacted HiFi Corp and made this known to them. They didn't do anything about it for about 3 weeks and didn't bother calling me claiming that they didn't have my contact details. Funny thing is that my number was on the email that I sent them. This is a clear sign of not caring. Based on reviews on hello Peter, it is clear that this is the norm at all their stores. Fortunately I contacted Hisense myself and logged in the faulty fridge, they sent their technician (twice) to assess it and concluded that the unit needs to be replaced. Today I called HiFi call center, because dealing with the EL store is just a waste of time and energy, and following up on the matter. On their system it still shows that a technician is coming to assess. Their system is not updated clearly meaning that they are not liaising with the manufacturer regarding this matter. The lady I spoke to updated their system based on what I told her. So currently I'm still waiting. It's been almost 3 months without a fridge and HiFi Corp is dragging their feet in resolving this matter. WARNING ⚠ to anyone that plans on purchasing products from hifi Corp, DON'T⛔⛔⛔⛔⛔!!!!!!! Rather go to GAME etc. Save yourself the trouble.
