In January my Dstv was disconnected and when I call I was told that I took insurance of which I never did,I was given this (060) 060-3788 to send message to cancel it of which I did on the 26/01,of which they never actioned on their side,two weeks back we got disconnected and were told about insurance plus fees that went up,we explained to them that insurance part we what’s app as per their instructions and still nothing was done we were forced to pay additional amount plus reconnection fee of which we did,after we phone insurance department and they said it was cancelled,and they reopened our services today we have been disconnected again we are told that we owe insurance and Multichoice they charge for daily services and there is no money we owe them for daily services and insurance I try to explain the insurance story but no one is interested we are told that we have to pay for the insurance that we owe of which no one agree to,this is so frustrating,why are we getting charged for something we never agreed to,I am very upset with Multichoice
