We app**** for a fiber package 13th April through Vox and requested a technician to install because we'd had issues with previous fiber application and wanted ensure everything was done properly to avoid similar issues. The Vox representative assured us that the installation would be completed within two weeks, and we decided on a special that they offered at the time. A week and a half later (after I had followed up from my side because we had no feedback) the rep informed me that the special was not applicable to our location and that we had to then redo the application and start a new order. Frustrating but we accepted the offer and received email confirmation for everything. This means 24th April the new order would begin processing. The email stated that the initial process would take 2 days for fiber provider to accept /process order. The next step would be installation of the router from said fiber provider within 7 working days. And then installation of a secondary router from Vox within 1 to 10 working days. We had already had the fiber company come and install a router previously from our prior application, and were told by the Vox representative that we would keep that one and would only need a technician to test the server connection, and then wait on the Vox router. We had the complex server technician come and test their connection on 9 May. We were then told by the Vox rep that the Vox router would be installed by latest 12th May. We then had a call from a Vox representative on 15th May (after we once again followed up with the rep after NO communication or update from his side) to arrange for router installation. We then had the fiber company reinstall the router we were told would not need to be reinstalled, on 16th May and were told someone would contact us within 48 hours for installation of the secondary Vox router. We are now sitting on 24th of May, and still no installation, no update and no feedback on when the process will be completed. Not only is this a breach of the contract that was signed and agreed upon but it's false advertising and completely unprofessional. Now I'm being told that I'll be billed from the 16th when the first router was installed from the fiber company, even though I have yet to receive a Vox router, nor do I have internet access. I've requested to speak to a manager multiple times and still have no indication on when the Vox router will be installed, nor when we will actually have internet. Extremely frustrated and upset by this process as this was exactly the same issues we had with our previous application and were assured by the rep would not be an issue.
