Ordered a water reservoir for my Nespresso from them a year ago. After waiting for months I requested my money back. I have sent numerous emails and the response is the same. An automated response that they will process the refund within 7 to 14 working days. It never happens.

In November 2022 I was declared incapacitated and as a result I was medically boarded from Eskom and placed on ill health retirement. I have been a member of PPS for a number of years and I continue to pay my contribution every month. However, every month there is a problem with my payout from PPS. The staff have a variety of excuses that quite frankly are simply offered out of incompetence or a complete lack of knowledge not only of the product but my particular case. My intermediary, and her staff try to resolve my issues with PPS every month with a number of phone calls and e-mails. The rules on how to claim on a monthly basis are not clear. However, PPS informed me that I should submit my claim on the 25th of each month and payment is made by the 17th of the following month. Every single month there is a problem with this payment. Of late PPS simply do not respond. I have called and followed up but to no avail. Today is 24 May 2023, I am to submit my new claim in one day's time but have not received my payment for April yet, which was submitted on 25 April 2023. Having been forced on ill health retirement due to my circumstances I had a significant cut in my monthly income and depend on my PPS payments and them being on time.
