BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE - FORCEFUL DEAL WITHOUT CUSTOMER CONSIDERATION
I purchased a preowned vehicle from this garage and left with the vehicle to my place. As I reached my place the car was already misfiring, I notified the sales rep who notified his manager, whom told me to take the car to the manufacturer to get a proper diagnostic to find out what was wrong. I did so and later the manufacturer discovered that the car did not have any compression. I opted to return the car and get another but they refused and opted to tow the car back for fixing. After the manager told me that they had removed the head from the engine at an RMI approved workshop, I notified the bank and the bank also took its time and did not assist accordingly. Now am stuck with something that I do not wish to keep yet they claim that they sell good cars yet its all a front. The level of treatment from this garage is very brutal and they dont take you seriously once you have signed and sealed the deal. I am taking the matter to Ombudsman just as a formality and I do not think I'll be assisted as am sure they have people who will just throw away my case. PLEASE BE CAREFUL WHEN PURCHASING A VEHICLE FROM THIS GARAGE.

Unauthorized monthly debits transactions
I never joined anything from them but they were deducting from my account in 2021 and I called and they canceled the policy. Later in 2023 they are deducting again from my account using different references and when I call or email they state that they do not see anything yet I am debited monthly. I urge you to stop doing so as these are *****ulent transactions.
