I am sooooo disappointed in the service I got from Haval helderberg both from their services department and the sales executive Byron Cupido. Last year September I bought the Haval H2 pre-owned, on the day of delivery I noticed the vibrating sound on the sunroof when its closing off, on the very same day I have informed Byron about it , and he said its probably the dust I should take it back the service department they will sort it out for me, little did I know that will be the star of my problem with this car. Went back to them and they checked it out, they said the sound cant be fixed the whole sunroof system needs to be replaced and I shouldn't worry coz the car its still under warranty , they will send the claim form to the warranty department and have it replaced, 5 months down the line with no communication I have also noticed a leak on the roof lining. Decided to contact haval warranty myself and found out what the hold up coz now the problem of the sunroof is escalating to a leak, when the agent checks the car details the is not even the claim form submitted for the car. Went back to them and showed them the leak and told them I have also contacted Haval warranty myself and I have been told there is no claim form for the car. The guy said they will have a look and they will fix it for me its probably the pipes of the drainage system in the sunroof that causes the leak.Got the car back saying he has fixed the water leak they will send the pictures and videos to haval warranty for the replacement will probably get the feedback within 2 weeks this time around. Now I am currently stuck in Eastern Cape with a car that is dripping water in all the corners of the roof lining, the sales executive Byron George is not replying or answering any of my calls. The only thing he was after is the sale and had nothing to do with the problem encounter after that. the guy from the service department from haval helderberg really did not take this matter seriously at all... from the get go.Worse part of it the car is still under warranty ... They are really failing and dragging the Haval brand into the mud.
You know what... I thought taking my back to its dealer its the best dicision of my life .. guess what I was absolutely wrong ... I took my car there coz it idleing was not smooth.... and I did my major service with them and asked them to check the idleing as well.... They haven't even bother to check what is wrong... or at least do daigonosis on the car ...they only said someone else has worked on the egen and i must take it back to those people.... And guess what... One of their egenering approached me offer to help me his name is Rafic Kamaldien little did i know that he is going to **** me... He said he will but the sensor for me...and i send him the Money and now he is no where to be found....I dont trust DTM Renualt in Strand including its employees...they employed ****mers....
