Power outage at home since Friday 6 March. Call logged on Alfred was closed without anyone attending to it. Re-logged on Saturday and this was closed as per follow up selection, but I can not log a new request as Alfred still see an open request. Call centre does not answer and csonline has a technical error preventing to log queries. How are you supposed to get Eskom to do their work if nothing works on their side.
Ordered 2 pairs in June. Still not received and they have excuses if they answer WhatsApp messages. Will not order from them again.
Delivery instruction states they must call me. Never happens and then parcel is returned. Sitting with this issue for 2 weeks now. This is truly bad service. If they don't want to deliver items get out of the courier business.
I booked a cruise to Portuguese islands in January 2021. I understood when this got cancelled and they moved my booking to 11 January from Durban to Cape Town (at additional cost). I booked flight tickets for these dates. Now they changed the date from 11 January to 9 January without informing me. The changing of flights are going to cost me an additional R2 500 and they just don't care about it.
<p>I tried to call both Sunninghill and Rivonia Post Offices and both of these branches pick up and put down the telephone every time without trying to find out what you want.</p>
