I recently claimed for a damaged laptop and the service I recieved was outstanding. It was collected and assessed very quickly and I was paid out the insured value of the laptop within a few days. The service consultants who assisted me with my claim were all very helpful and kept me informed on the progress of my claim. I highly recommend King Price, as they excel in all areas.
I placed an order with this company online to the value of R1150 but I never received my order. I’ve sent over 20 emails and I have sent numerous request messages on their website to follow up on my delivery, but I’ve had absolutely no response. There’s no contact number on the website. Do not order anything from this website, as they will take your money and you will never receive your order! I urge you to stay away and not be ****med!
I returned a Dyson Airwrap the same day that I recieved it, as I changed my mind and decided that I no longer require the product. The packaging was unopened. Upon receiving the parcel in perfect condition, Tudortech confirmed that a refund will be passed. However, 22 days later my R9 999 refund has still not been passed and when I send them emails, they do nothing about it. Their service is beyond shocking and I would think twice before placing an order with this company, as there is absolutely no after sales service that is given and sadly nobody cares.
I have recieved such a wonderful service from King Price for my claim on my damaged laptop. They personally collected it for an assessment and after a few days they have confirmed that it’s irreparable and that they will be be paying me out the insured value of the laptop. It was all finalized quickly and the person helping me with my claim was very efficient. I received the same excellent service for my previous claims with them. I highly recommend King Price Insurance, as they offer an excellent service and their monthly premiums are very reasonable.
I would like to add to my previous review that I never recieved my goods for the order that I placed with Minnetonka over 6 months ago to the value of R1 812. All my emails went ignored and there is no contact number, so it’s definitely not a legit website. Do not place any orders with them, as you will just lose your money and you won’t receive your goods. Minnetonka.com is a legit site but Minnetonka South Africa is a ****.
I placed an order with Minnetonka South Africa for 3 pairs of shoes to the value of R1812 at the beginning of January. Their website states that shipping takes 10-25 days to arrive. It has been over 3 and a half months and I have still not received my order and no one replies to the numerous emails that I have sent and there is no specified contact number to call. I suspect that this site is a **** and that my money has been ******. Beware of placing orders with Minnetonka South Africa, as I don’t think they are legit and you will most probably never receive your goods, which has been the case with me.
I would be very weary of using Harold’s services, as he is dishonest and has no business ethics whatsoever. My husband requested a quote from Harold to provide us with a certificate of compliance for my rented property in Sandhurst, which we have proof of in writing, as my tenants recently installed an inverter and my insurance company requested a recent COC. Harold went to the property to do an inspection and he first told my husband that the COC price would be R23 000 and he then reduced it to R18 000 and he said that it would take approximately 4 days to do the work. We didn’t want to inconvenience our tenants so we waited 4 months until they went away on holiday so that Harold could do the COC. We paid him an 80% deposit of R14 400 in good faith thinking that we would be getting a COC from a reliable and professional service provider. According to my tenant’s staff, Harold worked at the house for approximately 4 hours only and he fixed a trip relating to the inverter and rewired the DB board and did not label it. We never asked Harold to fix a trip and his quotation to us said electrical requirements and did not mention a trip repair. Also, no one in their right mind would pay R18000 - R23000 for a trip repair. As landlords we are not responsible for any issues relating to the inverter at the property because it belongs to my tenants and their electrician who installed it is responsible for fixing any issues relating to the inverter and my tenants must pay for it. We were shocked that Harold fixed a trip instead of providing us with a COC, as requested from him in writing and verbally. Harold then went on to accused my husband of not requesting a COC when it couldn’t be further from the truth, as that was the sole purpose of him contacting Harold. He requested a COC quotation from him in writing and he verbally discussed it with Harold on numerous occasions. Harold went on to block my husband I and on Whatsapp and he blocked all our phone calls and he has also ignored all our emails requesting a refund, which is extremely unprofessional and disgraceful and beyond appalling business conduct. My husband and I have sought the services of an attorney regarding this matter and we’ve taken legal action against him, as he cannot ignore the law.
would avoid using Harold’s services at all costs, as he is dishonest and has no business ethics whatsoever.
