Don't ever use this company to repair your vehicle! I took my car in to have the bumper replaced. Small job. They took 3 weeks to complete it. Somebody must have been driving it as there was extra 30km on the clock when I collected it. It was stripped of old parts on the second day then stood outside in the wind and rain for 3 weeks. Spent 5 days at the neighboring mechanical workshop to have the brakes checked (which takes 1 hour). Upon collection my digital radio clock was reading "0000" and the dealership is unable to reset it. error message comes up. Also my digital time was changed. There was a new whining sound coming from the front left bonnet. I took it back to them and Jonathan, the manager, said it sounded like a power steering whine. He must have heard it when test driving it but never mentioned it to me. I wonder why.... hoping I wouldn't notice it. There was also a plastic cover front left missing from the underside of the car. He'd been waiting for this part for a week already but clearly decided to hand my car over without it., assuming I would never do a check under the car. There was still spray paint in places they didn't bother to clean off. The 2nd hand bumper piece that they replaced and resprayed had a chip in it and masking tape lines. It was clearly a rushed shabby job. When I queried the use of 2nd hand parts as opposed to new ones, he told me my insurance company requested this. He then backtracked in his follow up email saying that he had used new parts. I've had my car assessed by the dealership who confirmed the power steering pump has ceased. It was NOT ceased when my car arrived there. 2 days after collecting it my battery went completely dead. I had to replace this. I followed up with my insurance company which took me another 5 weeks to conclude. I was without my vehicle for 8 weeks in total as I was advised not to drive it. This was realistically a 2day job which they dragged out for 3 weeks

I'm shocked at the service I received from Outsurance and the assigned panel beater. The panel beater was told to use 2nd hand parts to repair the damage to my vehicle. My accident involved a tree stump which I drove into. It smashed up the front left of my car. The under carriage bar was squashed up against the tyre which we had to pull back with a steel bar. The panel beater wasn't given a budget to do the wheel alignment which was clearly put out. Neither were they given budget to repair the mechanical fault done to the power stearing box and the brakes. I've been with Outsurance for 20 years. Paid my monthly premiums on time each month and few claims, costing them no more than R100 000. My total payments over 20 years must be approx R1.2million. I find this unacceptable. The panel beater did a rushed job on my car because of the tight budget. They had my car for 3 weeks waiting for the various 2nd hand parts to come in. They also sent it to the mechanical warehouse for 4 days without my consent, said the brakes were checked and working fine. Which they are not. To top it my mileage showed an extra 30km when I collected it. The paint marks weren't cleaned off. All over the black plastic fenders, door handle and front carpet. There was still white paint dust inside the door. The list carries on. I had to hire a friend's car for the 3 weeks which cost me R6000. I lost my no claim bonus R3000 plus my excess was R5000. So all in all it cost me R14 000. I am furious.
