Avoid Hatfield. Protea Hotel
The Hatfield hotel is dirty, service in the restaurant is poor, lightbulbs are out and even after reporting it in the morning, had the same problem the evening. Water running brown from taps. Last time I will use this establishment.

Stay far away from Cartrack
Cartrack made an appointment to fit a unit into my vehicle. I arranged my day according to the appointment and SMS reminder I received. After they failed to arrive I phoned them after 50 minutes. Not only were they more interested in updating my email address than helping me, they then also failed to call back as promised. They clearly cannot be trusted

Pathetic after sales service - try Digicape
Poor poor after sales service. Never buy from them if you can help it. They can’t even manage to book in devices for repair because there booking system is broken

Avoud online iStore
The reason they get one star is because of the responsiveness of the agent I dealt with. They fail in every other factor. Avoid using their online store at all costs. After pre-ordering an iPhone 13 Promax on the date the pre-orders have opened I still did not receive the product, they have taken my upgrade fee and then disappeared. Worse than useless
