Worst service ever!!! Had to pay for "cleaning" but nothing done! Tried to complain to owner and received the worst attitude from her. Told me my place was in a bad shape and came up with lots of excuses. I knew my place in a bad shape. That's why I asked them to clean it as I can't do it!! I had to do all the cleaning myself afterwards. I simply asked to justify me paying her for a service I haven't received as they didn't clean the marks of the floor, counter tops, windowsills and no wall was wiped of. She screamed at me over the phone telling me I'm lying, making excuses not to pay and I simply don't have the money to pay and that's why I'm complaining. She dropped the phone in my ear. She just don't want to listen to her clients complaints and are clearly just after the easy money. I paid her in the end just to end this episode. She clearly doesn't understand that tenants are relying on her to clean their properties in order for them to receive their deposits back. To her (clearly!) a client doesn't have a voice. Through this experience she lost me (was thinking of hiring them to do cleaning 2 x a week), my neighbours as well as a a big real estate agency as client.
I had to put my baby (Chocco) down. The hardest thing I ever had to do!!!! They helped me with the grieving & had nothing but compassion with me. And they sent a card to show their respect & to help me with the grieving process. And for that, I would like to say THANK YOU!!! Best vet & service ever!!
Yesterday my friend was grabbed, smacked & verbally abused by one of Metro Fail's employee's. They torn his jacket, smacked him in his face because he was walking the wrong way as this was the first time at this horrible station. Not once they asked him if they can help him. And this is not the first time I've encountered this horrible behavior at this station by this animals. They once grabbed a lady, torn her shirt almost from her body just because she walked pass them and didn't show them her ticket. They hardly ever have they're identity cards or clothing on. And I've been using this station for more than 2 years. And this morning once again, the people that must check your ticket, sleeping like always. Don't know what we need to pay for. Only receive BAD service!! You have to stand in the trains because the third class people are taking up all the seats. Worse than bad service!!!!!!
