Great Driver experience
I have had an amazing experience with Internet Express and the driver Lionel and his associate with my delivery. I was not available at the given address the time they arrived but I made alternative arrangements and no hesitation from their end to deliver to a different address and to top it off the wait time too. I am very happy and would definitely recommend! :)

Terrible Service
This has been by far the most pathetic service received. When they first called me, it was smooth sailing and everyone was so eager to help. Now that I'm having issues which is a mess caused by DC experts I'm being pushed from pillar to post and the communication sucks! I've been calling and calling, sending messages and up till now my issue is not resolved. I keep getting told they will call me back and still never do. I do not want to name and shame but please do better! You people are rendering a Service that we as a customer trust and believe in for better financial security. If you couldn't offer me this Service then you should've said this in the beginning. I'm having regrets that I signed up with you people. Terrible service

****MERS!!!! Please be aware of these people! They are trading under false pretences to get money from clients. My mother-in-law was a victim, and TAVIN, whoever this man is, thinks it's okay to **** and lie! Please, people, do not deal with these individuals; instead, go to an accredited place. I hope my review can help someone before they trust to deal with these people. How people can **** others of their hard-earned money is beyond me!!!!!! You will reap what you sow, believe me!

Order cancellation without reason
How do they cancel an order you have been waiting two weeks with no reason??! My order was due today and got an email yesterday advising order has been cancelled. I waited 2 weeks just for them to disappoint! So much for the convenience of online shopping! Pathetic service now I probably need to wait another two weeks for a refund LOL!

BAD EXPERIENCE
I am extremely dissapointed!!!! How can this website still be active and take peoples money! Its not just money that can go to waste, its a lot of money spent. Hate that this website is sill running and they taking your money. Its someones bread and butter that they just *****ing! How there are any good reviews is beyond me!
