I had 2 orders, the one had 3items only the one was available Nd I never got the remaining funds, in the end the one item totalled R27 and Uber kept the other money, I had another order, that was R170 the store swopped out item and the order was slightly more and they deducted both amounts returning nothing to me, Uber eats owes me over R250 and I have been messaging on the app with not a single customer service agent reaches out. There's no number or email I use to compliance and attempt to get my money back.
Out of nowhere, this company has relentlessly contacted me about numerous accounts I don't have l, demanding money. Honestly I think they are **** artists, trying to find a victim. Please keep in mind I've contacted the financial ombudsman and I will press charges for harrassment if this continues.
Was here a day ago and as much as we loved the food, we were served our steaks smaller than indicated on he dated night special, we were left with our hands and just knives to eat our steaks.
