MTN selects competition winners and keeps prizes to themselves!
There was a competition on Facebook that I won on 3 December that I was told I'd get within 10 days, a R500 grocery voucher. 5 days after I won I queried and was told my matter would be escalated an I'd be provided with feedback within 48 hours, of which I never received. Whenever I call customer care, I just get told they're escalating my case and I'd get feedback, whenever I call again to request, they tell me there escalating my matter again. I have been sending emails, messages on both Facebook and WhatsApp platforms and calling but no one is helping, they'd rather end the call or not respond to my emails or tell me they're escalating my matter. I have close to 10 escalations with no feedback or prize. Another victim of these lies also confirmed that she never received her prize from MTN, after she was also selected as a winner for a certain competition. Beware of MTN and their competition ****s!!

Capitec Bank Unauthorised Debit Orders
I have 1 funeral cover and 1 life cover with Capitec Bank, both Debicheck approved to debit on the 30th. Since July it has been debiting twice a month, and when I ask them to reverse the payment, they tell me they can't assist. Today I got messages showing that insurance money for both policies were debited from my account, that time they debited again on the 30th. This bank is a **** and you guys are ****ming people of their hard earned money #BLACKFRIDAY

Capitec Bank Unauthorised debit orders

OK Foods Stilfontein Sells Expired Food
The first time I visited OK Foods Stilfontein, was to buy milk that I saw on sale on TV. I downloaded the leaflet for the specific store and went to do my shopping. Upon paying, I noticed that most of the items that were on sale, were being sold at normal price, the manager did not update the prices on the system. A staff member told me that that's how the bosses do it, if a customer doesn't question the prices, no one is allowed to say anything. Second time I went to buy bread and eggs, I bought 2 loaves of bread on Saturday and ate the first loaf with my family, on Monday we opened the second loaf, and it had a sour smell, I checked the best before date and the bread had expired on Thursday. I still have not received any communication from them after emailing them regarding this issue. #BLACKFRIDAY
