Huurkor Pretoria Sunnyside- Gilchrist Phiri. Poor customer service. When clients give notice to move out they get angry with client and even force clients to get them tenants to occupy the space. Gilchrist Phiri does not want to pay back my deposit forcing me to fix damages that I didn't do. I am really disappointed because I stayed in that apartment for full 5 years now this is the treatment that I get. Poor customer service I will not recommend them to anyone
