Had an absolutely terrible time We booked a table a week in advance but upon arrival there were no tables available After complaining, the manager quickly put a dirty table up, with dirty chairs and a mould stained table cloth Waited another 20 min after that for our order to be taken The kiddies meal arrived long after the rest of the meals Also, they absolutely rip you off by making you pay R75 per child to play, what type of restaurant makes you pay a fee for a child to play in the play area?? This is an absolute **** If my son was not excited to play, we would've left immediately
I have been with vox vumatel for many years. We moved homes this week and have been in contact with Vox since early May to try and ensure the Fibre in our new home is set up on the same day that we moved. It is now 4 days since we have moved and I still do not have Fibre I am.being shoved from pillar to post, 2 technicians came out to my home and not one of them have sorted this out. I had another technician scheduled to come out and no one pitched up I am furious, I have spoken to technical supports, Justin, Romano, Gift, Abdul, and some lady who was so flippen clever in giving me her name so fast that I could not hear clearly each time I asked, who promised to send a technician out after hours, and who promised to call me back with feedback and here I am with no technician and no phone call back Not to mention that vox had been billing us since the 22 of May already! Absolutely insane and crazy and.disgusted by the lack of compassion, customer service and service delivery! I am at the point where I now want to cancel with Vox! My sister is with a different service provider, and they ensured a technician was on site THE DAY THAT THEY MOVED and they did not even go an hour without their Fibre! I am losing money due to not being able to work! Today a technician came out only to not be able assist! When speaking to an agent yesterday i gave in detail all the different lights and BEGGED them to send out the correct technician, and yet you still send someone out who cannot assist me! It cannot be rocket science to figure this out, people move all the time! I have wasted so much time, energy and money on this exercise and have been billed from the 22nd of May for an internet connection that I DO NOT HAVE!!
