I have app**** in March 2024 for a copy of natis at Thabazimbi Licence Offices, the guy took all my documents and said they will phone me when the documents arrived and it will take about 30 days. No reference number was given to me. I have patiently wait and when in Thabazimbi I will go and ask after the 30 days period expired and no calls from them. When asking if my documents have arrived yet the lady at the query side will ask me if they called me and when I said no, she said wait till we call you, this occur several times. Visiting the offices last year again there answer is still the same, wait for a call, when I told the lady it is now more then a year she told me it can take up to 2yrs, I have phone other licence offices and all of them said only 30 days. I demand answers on this occurrence and my recommendation would be training for there employees because there attitude is very bad. Poor public customer services
SKYNET is really deliver poor customer services and delivery guys not honest. According to my tracking my parcel should have been delivered on the 6th of January 2026, according to the delivery person he could not get in touch of me, which is totally a lie. There were no calls from him or any message. So he have return it to there depo in Rustenburg, I phone SKYNET and explain to them the situation and the lady said they will see what they can do, nothing happen, yesterday I phone again and the same answer. Till now no movement on my package. So now I want to know how long must I wait for my package to be delivered from Rustenburg to Thabazimbi, which is only about 90km away. There services is 0 out of 100
I was refer by King Price, and the person from King Price said he will ask them to phone me regarding a tracker device, so they phoned ones and I wasn't able to pick the call, then no return calls. So I wrote a mail to the person of King Price again notifying him, Cartrack didn't came back to me. Eventually they did. The person was quick to sold the package to me but no follow-up after that about installation. So I phoned and was refer to one person to another by repeating my situation, then I went on what's app to communicate as well, the same story. Till now after another what's app send, no reply. This is very poor customer service. I've send a message on there what's app group to cancelled my current pending contract, I'm really not interested in continuing with this agreement, till now and it is 3 weeks now and now effort of installing my device. I'm just concern on how long they will react if they can't give proper customer services now if your vehicle get ******. So I lost all interest in this company.
Since my accident on the 4th September 2023, it was one nightmare. My vehicle was uplifted to a panelbeater on the 20th September 2023 , I will only received my vehicle back by the 20th October 2023 thanks to the claims department. I received a rental vehicle through the insurance, on the 5th September 2023, so now you can understand why I'm very frustrated about this. When receiving my rental vehicle I had to pay more then R3700 out of my pocket which was never mentioned to me on the day I take out the insurance on my vehicle. Now my 30 days expired on the 3rd October 2023, when asking Iwyze who is going to be responsible for the extended payment of the lease vehicle because this was there process that took long the lady told me send an email if you unhappy. I write this review because this is very unacceptable because I was not the one delaying the process and now I have to pay between R12000 to R15000 for a lease vehicle to have, if they have dealt with this matter urgent I could have have my own vehicle back by now. Roughly what me as a customer will be paying out of my own pocket for costs you don't budget for is almost R23000, who can afford this kind of money. I feel IWYZE must pay for extended lease rental till I get my vehicle from the panelbeaters. They took there time with the claim and lifting the vehicle to the panelbeaters. This is a wake up call for me with this insurance!!!
IWYZE, what a disappointment when it comes to claims, what you say and what you deliver is 2 different things. Since the 4th of September 2023, it is now 9 days!! My vehicle still not lift and taken to the panel beater which I ask. I have to phone everyday to find out how far my claim is, no communication from them telephonically. Received 3 sms'! They are quick to take your money every month but when it comes to claims they do not as they promise. I'm very disappointed in there customer services, aren't your customer suppose to be your priority??
Poor service deliveries I order from takealot, my parcel was schedule for delivery on the 1st of June 2023, nobody contacted me, when I look on my takelot to track my delivery, I see they had a note saying they can't get hold of me, which is not true, no miss calls on my phone even. Friday exactly the same messages. Saturday exactly the same messages, when phoning all excuses was giving to me. this is really poor delivery services. The drivers surely are not calling customers to confirm if they dont know where the area is.
