Unforgivably bad service. Difficulty contacting the company when things go wrong. Absolutely no concern for the inconvenience caused by switching off the WiFi due to an overlooked account for a call out. My WiFi was disconnected on OLD YEAR’S EVE without a reminder or a reason other than an arrears account for R750! I have been a customer for 4 years, regularly paying for the WIFI service. BUT SHOULD THE WiFi iBE down (FREQUENTLY) due to JENNY’s PROBLEMS, I have NO recourse. MR STUCKE who owns the business, I believe should read FB and INSTA comments about the service he provides - or the lack of service he provides.
I have ordered and paid for a crocheted top from this company R980. I have opted to have my money back as it is now close to a month since the initial order. I have received no communication. I think it’s a **** company. It has changed its name twice. I am so infuriated by the experience. Many people follow it and I don’t see many comments or orders.
The company MSH Swim has taken R950. For a product that they have failed to deliver with several ******* excuses and an indignant statement they will return my money and cancel the order. I’ve opted for my money back I’m still waiting. Degenerate. I see they’re still advertising on Instagram.
This company is ****ming customers. I paid for my order and when I inquired when it would be sent, I was told 12 days after the order is placed would it be sent. I’m afraid I’ve lost my money - not a small amount.
