Ridiculously overpriced rapid locksmiths.
I wish I could give zero stars to this company. I needed their service to open a locked bathroom door, they were very efficient, contacted me to set the appointment, arrived very quickly and assisted with the lock in under 5 minutes, which is fantastic! However the technician did not inform me nor did he get my go ahead before drilling into the lock, then proceeds to charge me R1950 for drilling into the lock which took him 5 minutes. This is daylight roberry! Don't use this company and if you do ensure they give you the cost of the job before they just proceed without speaking to you.

Find any other yachting school before Pull North yachting!!!
<div>Don't use pull north yachting if you're looking at getting into the yachting industry! They take advantage of young adults who don't know much about the industry and take your money for services which they promise to give and then dont. I paid just over R9000 for my stewardess course and 3 modules were left out of the course but i was still charged for them. I paid for a different service which I did not receive therefore in my right mind, I asked for the money back because it had been just over a month and I did not get any feedback. It was such a struggle to get it back, ***** gave excuses as to why she didn't have time to reply to me and after being ignored for 3 weeks, I became fed up! After many arguments and countless occasionsof being ignored, I called her about 40 times in 2 hours and eventually she paid me my money back, minus 20% admin fee which she did not deserve! She did NOTHING to justify the fee despite me asking exactlywhat the fee was for. I am highly disappointed in pull north yachting and I am not the only one!!!! I have a mountain of complaints, this is my second review because my first was removed by pull north. I would literally recommend any other yachting school other than pull north!</div>

Terrible service, bad attitude and total *******!!!!
If I could give -5 stars I would! Marli was so great in the beginning and very helpful. She told me things that conflicted what she said later on in my course... she rips young adults off who don't know much about the yachting world. I had an argument with her, trying to get money back as I no longer needed the service I paid for and she charged a 20% admin fee for doing NOTHING! And now refuses to give me services which she gives to her other clients (even though I paid a good R4000 for it) She is awful and takes advantage of young people who don't know better! DO NOT USE PULL NORTH YACHTING if you are looking at getting into the yachting career! She doesn't pay STCW for your courses after you have paid her, luckily it didn't happen to me but I did my courses woth so many people who didn't receive their certificates because pull north did not pay the training centre. Her communication is awful and she expects respect even though she doesn't give it. Please do your research before using pull north Yachting, I'd literally recommend any other yachting schools.
