I am absolutely shocked at the level of incompetence, delay, and complete disregard for customers shown by Buffalo Logistics. My experience with them has been nothing short of pathetic, and after more than THREE MONTHS, my issue is still unresolved. Buffalo Logistics damaged my order during delivery — not a small item, but goods worth over R8,000. From that moment, everything went downhill. There was no accountability, no responsibility, and absolutely no urgency to resolve the issue THEY caused. Three Months of Empty Promises For the past three months, I have been: Chasing emails, Sending follow-ups, Repeating information, Getting ignored, And being passed from one person to another. Not once has Buffalo Logistics shown real interest in resolving this matter. My refund has been “on the way” for months, yet nothing has been paid. I Do NOT Feel Valued as a Customer I want this to be clear: It is NOT my responsibility to communicate with all the parties involved to fix a mistake that Buffalo Logistics created. It is THEIR responsibility to take ownership and resolve the issue without burdening the customer. Instead, they have made me feel like I am at fault for simply wanting a refund for something THEY damaged. Unprofessional, Unresponsive, and Completely Unreliable Buffalo Logistics’ service is: ❌ Slow ❌ Unprofessional ❌ Disorganized ❌ And downright unacceptable A refund should NEVER take more than three months — especially when the company is the one at fault. If you are considering using Buffalo Logistics, please think twice. Based on my experience, they are NOT reliable, NOT accountable, and definitely NOT customer-focused. I am still waiting for my refund of over R8,000, and I am still waiting for Buffalo Logistics to take responsibility and resolve this issue properly. Until then, I will continue to share my experience so that other customers know exactly what kind of service to expect.
Words can scarcely convey the profound betrayal and heartache caused by Luigi Lombard and his so-called photography company, Wild Wilderness Photography. What began as a hopeful journey to capture the most cherished moments of our lives quickly descended into a nightmare. We booked a wedding package, trusting Luigi to immortalize our love story—only for him to vanish on the day, offering the excuse that he had been hospitalized. It was the first crack in what would soon reveal itself as a foundation of deceit. But the nightmare didn’t end there. After receiving a substantial 50% deposit, Luigi became a ghost, avoiding calls and ignoring messages, leaving us scrambling for answers. It was clear we could not entrust him with the responsibility of preserving the memories of our wedding day, a day that should be sacred and filled with joy. Forced to seek another provider under immense stress, we were mocked and belittled when we dared to ask for the return of our hard-earned money—a refund for services he never even attempted to deliver. Even when we sought justice through the courts and won, Luigi’s responses were nothing more than empty apologies and hollow promises. Each pledge to repay was another layer of false hope. His audacity knew no bounds. He claimed to be a man of faith, yet his actions reflected anything but integrity or compassion. Despite the court issuing a warrant of execution, he had the gall to once again spin sob stories, exploiting our empathy. And we, trying to act with grace as our faith teaches us, gave him chance after chance. But as Scripture warns, "like a dog returns to its vomit," Luigi repeatedly reverted to his ********* ways. He is a man utterly devoid of honor, a perpetrator of lies, and a master manipulator who preys on the trust of others. Let this be a dire warning: if you value your memories, your peace of mind, and your dignity, do not—under any circumstances—consider Wild Wilderness Photography. Luigi Lombard is not just a ********* man; he is a disgrace, a *****ulent figure cloaked in the guise of professionalism. Luigi, justice will come. Not from us, but from the One whose word never returns empty. You have mocked us, but in doing so, you mock the very principles you claim to stand for. Rest assured, His justice is unwavering, and it will find you.
FNB has been such a great bank, and probably still is. Looking at thier online platforms and easy digital banking, they perform excellent. When it come to customer service, and their customers' best interest, they are not there when you really need them. This was not always the case though. FNB, what happened?
