I have been a Momentum Insure policyholder for 8 years and honestly, their service just gets better and better. My cognitively challenged neighbor cut down some massive tree branches and took out my entire electric fence, the assessors were here within 3 hours. My neighbor subsequently decided that she wasn't finished reducing the neighborhood to rubble and cut down another massive tree, causing irreparable damage to what remained of my electric fence. Momentum Insure arranged a re-assessment on the same day and not only authorized replacement of the damaged fence, but arranged to have private security outside my house for the night in case the dangling wires proved to be too tempting for an aspiring Skabenga. Tshegofatso Matekane, thank you - you are a credit to Momentum and a credit to the service industry. Thank you and Momentum Insure for just being so efficient and also for being supportive of a frazzled, terrified woman living in Johannesburg with no electric fence. 1 million stars guys!!!
I've been crashed into twice in the last 4 months (not my fault, PROMISE!!) and both claim events were an absolute breeze with Naked Insurance. Super easy admin process (everything is uploaded on their app) and claims were approved within days. I dealt with Vinnie and Braydon respectively and they were both so efficient. 5 stars guys!
As any homeowner knows, there's ALWAYS something going wrong - geyser issues, burst pipes, electric fence repairs... I've been with MI for 8 years and have consistently received excellent, prompt service - my most recent building claim was registered 3 days ago and it's already been inspected, assessed and approved, what a pleasure. I sent an enquiry to Geyserwise and David from their Cape Town office called me back within a few hours. He was so lovely and friendly and helpful, I can't remember when last I received such excellent service from anyone! I also dealt with Bester at their Centurion branch, who was equally as helpful and pleasant to deal with. Thank you both for your wonderful customer service, gentlemen!
This 1 star review is for Mario Schoeman, (distributor of Phoera Cosmetics in South Africa) NOT Phoera Cosmetics Inc or their products. I purchased a foundation and 5 lip colours - the foundation is absolutely amazing, but all 5 of the lip colours were wildly different on my own lips compared to the images on their site. I sent an e-mail including images of the colour ordered vs the colour on my lips to show how different the colours were, and ladies, this is what I got from Mario Schoeman: Upon reviewing the pictures you provided, it is evident that the colouring appears consistent, with only variations in lighting conditions. However, we understand that you have raised concerns about the condition of your lips and the difference in appearance compared to the younger models featured in the colour pictures provided by the manufacturing company. I did not "raise concerns" about my lips, I was asking if I could be refunded due to the colours being COMPLETELY different to what I thought I was ordering. I am 39 years old FYI. This man represents an international cosmetics company here in South Africa and is certainly not adhering to their ethos or culture by making such inappropriate and ageist comments - would ANY cosmetics company speak to a client this way? Is this man saying that their lip colours will not look the same on lips that aren't attached to models? You decide for yourself. Unfortunately I do not recommend their lip colours due to my personal experience but hey, if you're a young model, it might be the right lip product for you!
