I signed on for a two year data contract with MTN in order to utilize their datashare service for numerous business sims. Recently, MTN has been disconnecting the sims sharing the data with some loose explanation that it is not allowed to share data with prepaid numbers. There is no mention of this disclaimer on their website.

Myheritage deducted money despite me not agreeing to their terms and conditions. My account still shows that I am on the "Free Basic Plan" despite them having deducted money from my account.
Since January, Virgin Active started billing me R326 per month more than before, total refund due at this point is R3,267. Try as I may, I am not getting this resolved. There is no feedback on this despite months of attempts to have it rectified from my side... extremely frustrating.
Unable to get any feedback on queries with nobody answering calls to the helpline.
