315064 - Matric College come to my rescue, they give me hope when I had nothing, I didn't know what to do and where to go until I discover what they can offer a person, I app**** for a job and I didn't have Matric, so I went online to look where I can do my Matric at a low cost because being an older person doing there Matric it's a lot of money, so they give me a good offer and we started the process and here I am almost done with my Matric. Thank you Matric College.
These people took money and never delivered the goods, when we call or send emails we get no response. They are *****ing from people and not have the decency to to respond, we want our money back and don't want your sneakers anymore, you guys are ****s:(
I have no network connection - they starting with the **** again there is no connection the router is on but no internet connection.
This **** network needs to ***ken sort out this fibre - I have not have connection since last week, I keep on getting sms to say they working on the fibre in Tembisa, one day it works the rest is not, I keep on paying out of pocket and Metro Fibre just doesn't care coz they take there monthly payment full every month not giving a **** for there customers that is suffering at there hands, I'm so sick of this **** every month I have to experience this nonsense. Can someone just call me and explain why this Nokia Router is still not working - Sonne advised that the router is up and running but nothing is working Gontse is request for username and passsword but the username is not even picking up so I can up in the password, can someone assist with the terrible service, I've been without connection for 5 days now and still now is assisting me, they requesting me to reboot my phone and laptop and I did, still nothing - I hope the CEO of Metrofibre is aware of this nonsense...Jan-Jan Bezuidenhout, CEO of MetroFibre Networx can you please assist me as you guys take your full amount end of the month and I have to struggle to get help - last month the same thing happened not this month again - NO MAN THIS IS COSTING ME OUT OF POCKETR!!!!!!!!!!

So yet again I need to follow up 302042 I need to call, yesterday I received a call from Derick tell me that he will escalate this matter and I should not worry they will sort it out...ni communication no call back no feedback from Metro Fibre, I'm running out of funds to buy data out of pocket, Moses advise me on Saturday that they will prioritize this matter but nothing he told me that they will come back Tuesday, hence still without connection, this is ****en horrible service, can someone just ****en call me and tell me what the **** is going on...
You ***** consultant just drop the call in my ear, I was waiting on the line for about 30min for manager from operations, I was told that a technician will come to my premise to swop out or replace a router or ONT that is faulty but nothing is happening - I'm done running after you guys for feedback, I'm the one that needs to call I'm the one who must ask for feedback, then your ****en consultant has the ****en audacity to hung up on me (302042) so I'm going to sit without connection the whole weekend seeing that I didn't had connection for the past 4 days and I'm working from home and can't work coz I don't have internet connection, I want to be credited for the downtime for this week...this is a ****en joke!!!!!GET YOUR ****EN MANAGER TO CALL ME BACK!!!!
