Recently I was disappointed about an excess for burst geyser. Being a pensioner I was not in a position to afford the excess.I was surprised at the kindness I received to resolve my issue. I was treated with compassion. Thanks to the Santam team and Felicia Toll and Yaseen Mayat for their support and care.
I am totally disappointed with Santam regarding my household insurance. Over 15 years and now and all of a sudden a burst geyser. Paid R500 excess a few years ago. Now they demand R2500 excess. We are pensioners and can't afford this amount. I pleaded but they won't allow monthly payment. They are not willing to help. The poor will suffer. Please check before you take Santam
I am 72 years old. I was devastated when for the first time in 46 years when ****** of our possessions at home. I contacted Santam and was promptly attended to by Felicia Toll and thereafter by Raeesah Mohamed. Two professionals with so much respect.I humbly salute them for their service. Thank you Santam. Phoned OUTsurance on several occasions to get better quote for my MB C200 for myself a senior Indian 70 years old living in Durban. Noticed adverts show big savings on my type of vehicles and ever newer other makes for about R900 in Cape Town. Here in a safe environment living for about 47 years with all security and no accidents quoted yesterday fir R4000. Why this double standards. Argued with them but not interested. I am disgusted. Not worth these two stars in Durban. Why do they hide their vehicle number plates in their adverts ?????
My aunt 71 year old and uncle 75 years bought a Whirlpool washing machine 4 years ago and changed it for a Samsung with extended warranty 5 years. However the warranty went missing. My uncle and aunt have a hearing problem and collect govt.grant. The Manager Mr Naseef, together with the claims staff negotiated with Samsung regarding the old couple's plight managed to get a brand new Defy washing machine. He brought tears of joy in my aunts and uncles eyes. They thanked him with much blessings for the way he treated them with a calm attitude. Can we find more good people today.
