Clientele Life call centre has been calling my cellphone continuously for a week! I have set my phone up to screen unknown numbers and the same numbers keep calling back multiple times per day! How does one stop these people from harassing us? Surely this is not legal?
I ordered a pair of sneakers online on 15th June 2024, the express delivery time offered is 2 -3 working days. After 5 days I sent a WhatsApp. They responded saying they had high order volume and were experiencing a 48 - 72 hour delay. It is now 16 days later and they do not reply to emails or WhatsApps at all… I am beginning to wonder if it’s a ****!
My initial experience with Lady Lush was horrific, but once they were under new management, everything went smoothly. The new management made every effort to honour the orders and get everything delivered as soon as possible. Excellent recovery.
Shocking! Exactly as per all the other reviews. Everything seems above board and the emails keep coming. The original tracking number links to a Track17 website which also seems legitimate. My parcel was “out for delivery” in Cape Town yesterday after 25 days and today the Tracking number is “not found”. No replies to emails, cell number doesn’t work. NEVER order anything from this company, it’s a ****.
