Order confirmed 23 June ‘24 and delivery ETA confirmed for 2-3 days. After a week I started following up. Eventually received a WhatsApp saying the courier will contact me. Since then I have been following up on email, WhatsApp and Instagram, with zero response. Stay away as it is clearly a ****!

Placed an order online on 4th June. Paid R1333.96. To date I did not receive my order. No correspondence fron Sole Palace. Sent email. No response. There is no contact numbers to reach anyone. Appears to be a **** site. Immediately after placing the order, a **** transaction fir R3000 took place by some strange company. Absa bank alerted me about this *****.

I ordered a pair of sneakers online on 15th June 2024, the express delivery time offered is 2 -3 working days. After 5 days I sent a WhatsApp. They responded saying they had high order volume and were experiencing a 48 - 72 hour delay. It is now 16 days later and they do not reply to emails or WhatsApps at all… I am beginning to wonder if it’s a ****!
