I had a terrible experience at the Southdowns Vida e Caffè and it has become a pattern, not just a once-off. I ordered two drinks, but people who came in after me were served first. This happens often and it’s extremely frustrating. Another issue is the complimentary chocolate. Vida is known for including it with coffee, yet at this branch I hardly ever receive it. When I ask, the staff give me unfriendly looks, which makes me feel uncomfortable as a customer. On top of this, the service at the till has lost its friendliness — no warm welcome anymore, just indifference. I love Vida e Caffè as a brand, but the Southdowns branch really doesn’t live up to the standard. Please sort this out so customers don’t feel overlooked and unwelcome.
I consulted Dr Anita Lai based on a referral from another Doctor. She ran late with another appointment so I waited an extra 30 mins. When it was my turn, she did not even wait for me but called me and went straight to her office and waited for me there. Then during the consultation, she was very abrupt, lacked manners, lacked friendliness and had no care for me as a patient. Her questions were like questionnaires and you must simple answer yes or no and you can’t even ask her if you want more clarity on the questions, she would just say answer yes or no. When she explained anything to you, she was talking down to you as if you were beneath her. During the consultation, I was trying to discuss my concerns with her but she just woke up from her chair and stood behind me, glaring over me to get rid of me before I could even finish my concerns and I couldn’t even get to ask her any questions cause she wanted me out of her office. I was in and out as a new patient in 30 minutes, with a complicated background that she didn’t care for. Other doctors took an hour or more with me. Now, Dr Anita Lai has told me to find another Rheumatologist doctor cause I don’t fit into her category of patients she wants to treat. Looks like she cherry picks her patients of who she “likes” based on the first consultation and yet you pay a lot to see her. I would not recommend Dr Anita Lai to anyone. Her website and profile background might win you over but it’s an illusion, just a cover and the book inside is really horrible and miserable and will make you even depressed to be treated so poorly by her. Save yourself the money and time and see another Rheumatologist doctor. Unless you might be the lucky patient that fits in her list of patient criteria’s she likes to treat.
I always receive excellent service from Faithfultonature. My order gets shipped very fast and their customer service is very quick to respond even under these difficult times. Just excellent service is very hard to find these days, so just wanted to say thank you for your outstanding service and keep it up.
I queried an item on their website and they simply told me the answers to my questions are on the website. Clearly if the description had enough details I wouldn't of bothered sending an enquiry email to them about the item. It was a don't care attitude email and very disappointing. If you do not want business then you will not get business.
I placed an online order using my discovery miles. Somehow the order got cancelled but they kept my discovery miles. It’s now been almost 3 months and no one will respond to me. I’m very disappointed that such a company would do this! Utterly unacceptable!
