Please do not trust any of the good reviews, they are all untrue from made up accounts here on Hellopeter. I have not recieved any money back and it's 2 months later when asked for a refund. My subsciption was never activated. They are a company from Mumbai, that is why their response time and English is bad.

I made payment and was told its a tech issue and had to wait 24 to 48 hours and my subscription still inactive. Where do I go to from here?
I had a complaint last week and someone by the name of Mason from complaints who supposedly tried to get hold of me, to date nobody has called me or resolved my matter. He sent an email to let me know I need to get back to him and I have sent it 2 emails with no response. So this is how you conduct business and deal with your complaints??? You Just acknowledge it and then close it again.
My 5 year old daughter accidently subscribed to an app that was on my phone. The app deducted the monies and I quickly rushed to Capitec they disputed it and days later I was reimbursed. by this time App was deleted and I unsubscribed. Now in Feb the merchant of the app made contact with Capitec requesting that monies back. Capitec advised me via SMS they will deduct the monies for the merchant, should no response is given in 24hours. I was so confused and thought this was already resolved. They also attached on the email a document of which I could not open. My response was what was this for but they just went ahead and deducted. As the client of Capitec how in the world can my bank take what a 3rd party says and give them my money without MY consent. So any ****mer can provide you a paper and CAPITEC just deduct as they please. is my information not supposed to be protected??? WHY is CAPITEC so free about handing out their client's monies??!!! I want my money back they do not want to assist. how can people take money from me from an app I didn't even use. The consultant referred me to complaints there is nothing she can or wants to do.
I came to hospital with excruciating abdominal pain after 10pm, when the nurse assessed me at Triage she treated me like it was a joke and I waited there in the queue along with everyone else who didn't look sick or injured vs me. I could barely walk and I cried out loud but was completely ignored and was treated like my pain did not matter. Finally when the DR saw me he checked my belly explained I will do blood test and it came back fine but could not conduct an assessment without an Xray of which had to be paid for in cash. This ****** Dr gave a "script" of meds of which anyone can get over the counter. He could not even give me an idea of what was wrong and yet I paid so much money - I should have rather beared the pain and have gone to GP. That Dr had no compassion or empathy like he could not care for the pain I was going through. The receptionist refused to accept my Medical Scheme and we were forced to to pay R3000 CASH. When I went to fetch my blood test results the nurse gave me an incorrect patients results and she got an attitude about it. The staff at this Netcare is rude, shows little to no empathy for the sick and has attitudes. Please learn how to treat patients with kindness and care. The world is ugly already we don't need those who are supposed to help us to treat us like ****.
I am disappointed, money was taken out from my account. My pin was changed and monies were accessed and withdrawn, I am calling everyday for a follow up first they said 5 working days then 7 now 10 working days. I am livid that I have to constantly follow up, I need feedback!!!!
I purchased a bottle of Saint Celine and upon me opening the bottle I noticed that the color of the wine seemed odd, as I poured it I noticed the wine was diluted. Tasted more like water with a dash of coloring. I went to the store that I bought it from and they gave me a new bottle. I would like to address the manufacturer of this wine that is utterly disappointing that such products is being put on the shelves at stores. What if I got sick? I wrote an email to them with a photo attached but got no response. This is ridiculous. Now I am in doubt about buying Saint ever again.
Thank you for always having fresh cakes, pastries breads and rolls. I order either via MR D or buy in store and I am always satisfied by the freshness. Today I ordered me snow***** and they were sold. To my surprise they had them later that day available and we ordered. My kids were pleased to have them :) keeping shining Campus Square
