today the 23 March 2025 i visited the practice of Dr Kathan in Klip road Grassy Park and I received the most arrogant service from a male Dr registration number MPO678317 a DR OLKERS who assisted me in the outside container with my son. Firstly how can my folder be lost now for almost a month so the Dr i see has no past record of what my situation is and my family as well.I went to see a Dr. for my son who suffers from a skin breakout and wanted something to ease the process but this DR. does not listen to your requests as a patient he disregards your concerns about whatever you telling him and he decides what medication would suit the patient better which don't the DR normally listen to what you have to say first then secondly when it was my turn i asked him for something for my back pain which i have been medically boarded for and still am ,i suffer from severe backpain and asked him to fill my script of medication i am currently taking and he asked me a couple of questions which i answered and i said to him that i am currently medically boarded and Old mutual had me see an anesthetist last week and he has to send them a report on what treatment i will need to undergo for the future and he asked me why could that Dr. not write a script and i was like seriously he was like wow ,how arrogant is this guy no eye contact at all only when he feels it necessary to do so then what really made me so furious was that i asked him for something for pain because i needed something like then he tells me that im already writing a script i can't give you an injection because it's like I'm asking for too much now and i did not have the energy to argue with this DR because i was in too much pain..im like what i just cant believe it i was not going to get the script today at all so something to ease my pain would of been all i needed because its not like im not paying for the medication .This dr never examined me or my son took no vitals asked me what my sons weight was what kind of service is this i cannot believe this at all the worst service i received ever since i have been at that surgery .This Dr Olkers has no empathy and is very arrogant he does not have any patience with his patients and he was just there tending to patients because he was forced to do so not because he wanted to be there because that is the attitude i recieved.
I am so sick and tired of this terrible customer service I get from this bank after this query I'm closing my account you have a whatsapp group you can ask to assist you but they can't even assist you with a specific query they customer agents must listen to a customer's request secondly why must I repeat my query over and over after I have spoken to an agent now I must reinform the new agent about the same query I had a few days before they wantbto go into your bank account Why ..why all I need is for someone from the credit insurance or someone that can assist.me with my account that was debited in November 2024 my accounts and been paid up but still debits went off I then called to aske them to please reverse my installment and evrytime I send a message for feedback I get a new reference number and I must wait another 5 working days I NEED SOMEONE TO GET BACK TO ME TO REVERSE MY INSTALMENT THAT WAS NOT SUPPOSE TO BE DEBITED THATS IT I GET PUT THRU A WHOLE LONG STORY AND STILL THE AGENT CANNOT ASSIST THE SERVICE IS NOT SUFFICIENT AT ALL CAPITEC IS A NO NO IN ALL ASPECTS
Good afternoon today on the 9 December 2024 I went into you The crazy store to get some gift bags I then went to the cashier ready to pay but then I asked Saneliso Mxinwa who was the cashier if you guys sell small thank u cards he then directed me to the cards infront by the first tell from the door side I then looked thru them another customer then came behind me and he assisted her which was fair because I just wanted to grab some cards then before he assisted the next customer I said to him but I am next he then says sorry you have to stand in the queue again I asked him why he then tells me my till is over here where I'm standing not where u standing so I said to him but why cantbu just take my stuff over to u he was literally the next till he said no i asked if can you assist me please because I am next he smurks and smiles at me and then continues to assist the other customers he then wrang his bell because I called to see the manager and he then calls another cashier to assist me because he wont help me then another 2nd in charge lady came and I asked her to please call the manager while she left I asked him to scan my stuff please still keeping my calm but he then tells me you then waiting to speak to a manager and he never scanned my stuff he was so arrogant and it was as if he was telling me I'm going to show you I won't help you the manager so friendly wow awesome service she rendered she escorted me to the back area where she put me on the phone with with her area manager Debbie who was also very customer orientated and she assured me this person will be dealt with I then made him scan my stuff because I even said to him you don't even apologize for your bad service he just smiled then I was livid..I had too end my shopping day at a store I love shopping at with a person who takes his job for granted and on top of that he had this arrogance of I WONT HELP YOU ..clearly because he ignored me after I told him but I am next ..this person must be disciplined and I would like a formal apology from him that would be my only request because I've never experienced such bad service in my life ..he clearly does not belong behind the till this is a busy season and yes I respect all retail workers because I'm in a customer serviced based management role myself ..We should always render a good service for customers and never allow them to not come back because of 0ne rotten apple I was so livid my blood pressure was sky high when I got home shaking with fury..Debbie has said she will deal with this person but I just felt that an apology is needed from that cashier to myself ..I was very polite with him but he then pushed it too far ..very upset dissapointed customer..I need urgent feedback please

I would please like someone in a managerial position to please call me to assist me with my disability claim Insurance I have submitted months ago and have to keep on asking for feedback I submitted documents that was requested from myself and the service I'm getting is so pathetic why must I go thru so much red tape to be assisted I pay for the insurance not that it's for free then when u need to access or get approval it's a thousands documents you need to submit why ...If I must be asked for more documents then I'm.really seriously going to escalate this to the highest authorities tour customer care and service desk staff are all on different levels ones will ask 2 documents then another will ask 4 documents there should be one standard for everyone..I'm.tired of asking for feedback really can I please get assistance with someone who can direct me to the right person to speak to.please
I would like someone from the fraud department to give me feedback with regards to my complaint which was logved on 1 August 2022 with a 30 day turnaround time ..im.still waiting for feedback for my money that was taken from my account from.an unknown vendor..no.one calls u u have to call the fraud dept then they have no answers but all they say is they escalating to where and who i want feedback pls tjis is **** its my money and i want it back because i had to change my account to allow and investigatipn to take place ..CAN SOMEONE SUPERIOR CALL ME PLS CHRYSTEL SLI GER 0640234485 URGENT FEEDBACKNIS NEEDED
I am so very furious with the **** service i am receiving from virgin active .Myself my husband and two kids are clients of the virgin active steenberg branch capetown..but now i was not debited on the 1st of September then i called and they saying i had insufficient funds which was not true..they debited twice the normal amount then it went to insufficient payment.i called the call centre and made a direct payment of R515.00 ..ok then when my husband went to gymn they tell him he cant gymn cause there is a dispute with the account even after my husband showed the person proofof payment ..then someone from call centre calls me to say i owe R1800 and im like are u insane what the hell is going on its been two weeks that we could not use the gymn can someone sort this mess out so we can have flippin acces to the gymn which we have never missed any payments since we signed with the gymn.. Oh then my husbands account gets debited with almost R600 for our two boys he calls the call centre and the guy tells him his gonna get his balance of R200 plus refunded cause he was debited the wrong amount and his still waiting more than 2 weeks for hie refund.the guy emails him again to ask what must he do twith tje edtra money he was debited for and my husband says he wants it refunded..again still waiting on the call.CAN U PLEASE SORT OUT THIS ****..SOMEONE PLS LET ME KNOW WHAT THE HELL IS HAPPENING TO.MY ACCOUNT AND MY HUSBANDS REFUND..
