I am happy with my handsfree breast pump, but dissapointed with the way they treated me when I reported that the bottle of the breast pump shrunk. They made me feel as if I am lying to them, and it felt like they didn't believe me when I told them what happend.
I got an SMS to say my parcel was at the lockers. When I went to collect the parcel, my PIN to collect it has expired. When I contacted The Courier Guy Customer Support, I told them the issue, and they told me they sent me 2 SMS's saying my parcel is ready. I only received one, but they keep initiating that Im Lying. Why would I Lie? Super Bad Experience. Will never use them again.
I am very disappointed and frustrated with Medshield. They are terrible with communication, but when a claim is going through, they're fast with their communication. I have app**** for my Medshield Mom Baby bag, that the medical aid gives to expecting mothers, more than 2 weeks ago, and I am still waiting for someone to contact me for my details. This is not the first time I have struggled with communication with this medical aid. It's actually quite pathetic.
