As a concerned consumer, Villa Fragrances delivered a package to my home over on 28 September. I contacted the 29 Sept after double checking if i may have made an order by mistake, fortunately not the case. I noticed another persons details on the package & made contact & have said Villa Fragrances has been saying the package is on it's way till today 23 Oct. The communication with Villa has been a one way, with me insisting on the package to be picked up since,on several occasions. It's saddening as the intended recipient is unemployed & sells perfumes to make a living with this delay nearly a month later, she is labelled as ************* by her customers. This experience has out-rightly turned my as a no returning consumer of your products. A COLLECTION would be great or i might as well start smelling good on someone's expense.
With my experience, it was purported to me by an agent that i can & will be able to cancel this service without any hassle and no cost incurred by me. Unsurprisingly i called the customer care service & an agent alerted to me that money would be deducted from my account on the 25th June. This is wild & FALSE advertising & taking money from unsuspecting citizens and the illusion is by having a cheap service that amount is justified to be ****** from us. I say this DO NOT FALL FOR THE SHAM & **** that lurks around us. I'm infuriated and disgusted by this ACT!
