CTU Insurance quick to debit but don't settle claims
A month after I put in a claim and I am still waiting on authorization. My taxi is just standing at a panel shop. I have to pay it every month and I am losing money while CTU Taxi insurance is giving me the run around. But they are quick to debit money from your account. Now it's the second month coming up whereby I have to pay insurance but I have gotten nothing more than *********** service from CTU. Absolutely appalling service, stay far away from this insurance company. They also don't give you feedback you have to literally call them every single day.

A month after I put in my claim and I am still waiting on authorization. I have to call them daily because they don't follow up and return my calls. Meanwhile I have to pay for a vehicle that's just standing at a panelshop and I am losing money everyday because they can't do their job properly or even provide proper customer service. It's back and forth between Scottfin and CTU Taxi Insurance both putting blame on the other for their incompetence and requesting payment confirmation of premiums they debited two months ago. Absolutely ridiculous service. Stay far away from Scottfin and CTU Taxi insurance.
